Foxborough voters unite in near unanimous support of the Patriots !!! Thousands of Foxborough voters overwhelmingly supported the proposed New Patriots Stadium at a Special Town Meeting on Monday, December 6th. All six warrant articles required for the new stadium were approved by more than 90% of the voters. Click here for the final numbers. We certainly came a long way from the rally in April where only a dozen people showed up (click here for story). I would like to extend a very heartfelt "Thanks" to all those who sacrificed an evening (or much more) of their time to support the New Patriots Stadium. I've always been very proud to say I'm from "The Home of the Patriots" - after seeing the support of my fellow Foxborough residents Monday night I'm even prouder of my community. I would also like to thank all of Foxborough's Town Officials. They sacrifice an amazing amount of time looking out for our town's best interests and are very rarely recognized (and sometimes unfairly criticized) for it.
